Lanette Dailey-Reese, Director of Operations and Compliance

Lanette Dailey-Reese is an education leader, entrepreneur, and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience improving outcomes for students and schools. Lanette currently serves as Director of Operations and Compliance for Global Citizens Public Charter School, and previously held the role of Director of Operations for I Dream Public Charter School. Her broader leadership experience includes head of school and board governance. 

She is the Founding Executive Director of the Capital Experience Lab, an innovative Washington, DC-based school model that immerses students in place-based learning through partnerships with the city's museums, research institutions, and cultural centers.  When Lanette is not at Global Citizens, she continues to coach school leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals at LDR Next Level Consulting.

Lanette has a dynamic set of strengths as a visionary thinker with a systemic understanding of the optimal educational environment that is needed for leaders, teachers, and students to be successful. Throughout her professional career, she has developed comprehensive school improvement solutions, managed cross-functional teams to meet and exceed expectations, and leveraged her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to form collaborative partnerships to maximize efficiencies and sustainable best practices. 

Lanette holds graduate degrees in Higher Education Leadership and Management from Drexel University and Community and Regional Planning from Temple University. Outside of work, she's a sports enthusiast with a passion for golf, cooking, and family travel.
